We maintain full membership in National and regional professional organizations and abide by the highest levels of Standards of Practice from American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), as well as Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI), Council of American Building Officials (CABO) and Combination International Code Council (ICC).

Your inspection is never rushed, we only schedule two locations per day and pride ourselves on being on time. We encourage you to attend the inspection and learn about your investment from top to bottom. A full inspection for an average home in metro Atlanta requires approximately 3+ hours to complete and costs an average of $350. Your inspection report is available for review before you depart. We email all reports and pictures the same day and are available for questions for the life of your ownership!
